We are dedicated to providing our guests the highest quality food and drinks available in Ireland at an affordable price. Our coffee and teas are always Organic as are our milk and sugars. The bread that goes with our soup will always be Organic spelt sourdough whenever possible. The ingredients for our soups as well as the spelt flour in our bread are produced in Ireland by our Irish farmers. In order to purify the water used in our coffee and teas, we use a reverse osmosis system, thereby ensuring the highest quality water available. Our sweet treats and crisps are also of the finest quality and produced by Irish companies. All our take-away soup, drink containers and napkins are made with bio-degradable and compostable materiel’s. Our mobile Cafe, a vintage and restored Rice horsebox, can be powered by mains electricity and when off grid, by propane gas.
